- Review Quote and Collaborate: Once you receive the quote, we'll work closely with you to review the details and make any necessary adjustments.
- Downpayment: A 50% deposit of the total estimated cost is required at the time of placing the order.
- Order in Queue: Your order will be placed in the queue of our master builder.
- Pre-Build Consultation: Before we start building your guitar, we'll schedule a virtual meeting to review the final details and discuss any additional customization options.
- Build Process: Once your order reaches the top of the queue, Canalli's skilled craftsmen in Brazil will begin the meticulous process of building your guitar. Throughout this process, we'll share photos and videos to keep you updated on your guitar's progress.
- Quality Assurance in Brazil: Canalli's team in Brazil will meticulously test and fine-tune every aspect of your guitar to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
- Remaining Payment: The final payment will be due at this time, which will include any additional costs for upgrades or modifications made during the build process.
- Shipping to the USA for Final Inspection: Your guitar will be shipped to our facility in the USA for a final quality check to ensure it meets our highest standards.
- Custom Duties Handled: MBit will handle all customs duties and import taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery process for you.
- Final Inspection in the USA: MBit's team in the USA will conduct a final inspection to ensure the guitar meets our highest quality standards.
